Spark insight. Drive change.
Hello! I'm Kate Bowers - a facilitator, educator, and learning designer.
At the core of my approach to facilitation and learning design is a focus on surfacing meaningful insights—insights that empower teams and individuals to transform their work in strategic & practical ways. By emphasizing the conversational process alongside meaningful content I help teams shift from passive download & status quo conversations to experiences that leverage genuine engagement and innovation thinking, ensuring that new perspectives spark real, lasting change.
Services
My work falls into three main areas - facilitation, workshop delivery, and learning design support.

FACILITATION
As a facilitator, I bring people together to foster meaningful discussion, creative exploration, and actionable strategy. By harnessing strengths and contributions from everyone in the room, I guide teams through a well-designed process that leads to tangible outcomes. Each facilitation is complemented by well-crafted artifacts that capture the outcomes, insights & energy of the group.

WORKSHOPS
My workshops create active and insight-rich learning experiences. By focusing on meaningful dialogue, hands-on activities, and immediate applications, we help teams uncover fresh perspectives that spark real change in their day-to-day work. Whether it’s a standalone session, part of a larger retreat, or an ongoing development series, each workshop is carefully crafted to fuel collaboration, innovation, and tangible results.

LEARNING DESIGN
Do you have a learning need but you're not sure where to start? I focus on understanding the opportunity or challenge at hand and helping to identify the best path forward for your team or organization. By drawing on stakeholder input, theory, and research, I develop strategies and frameworks that address ongoing organizational needs and work with you to implement them.
